Tuition

1. Fees are payable in advance and are due by the first day of term. Monthly payments in advance may also be acceptable.

2. It is not possible to make refunds for students who miss tutorials for any reason and we would suggest parents consider taking out an insurance policy against tutorials lost through illness. 24 hours notice is required to rearrange a tutorial, or the fee for that session remains payable.

3. The college reserves the right to refuse entry to public examinations or to release results if the tuition fees have not been paid in full.

4. A student may be asked to leave by the Principal in cases of serious misconduct. Under these circumstances fees for the whole of that term remain payable.

5. Timetables may be altered at short notice should circumstances demand it.

6. Notice of withdrawal of a full term per subject is required or that a full term's fees will be payable in lieu of notice.

7. The college does not accept responsibility for students' personal possessions.

8. When a place is offered a registration form is issued. If the place is accepted, the form must be completed and signed by the person responsible for fees and returned with the registration fee.

9. Students, their relatives and/or guardians may not approach our tutors with a view to soliciting their services other than through us for a period of 2 years after tuition through us ends.

10. All teaching materials used in our tutorials are the property of Wessex Tutors & Exam Centre Ltd or of our tutors and may not be re-used or passed on to third parties without written permission.
